ROUEN

Rouen est notre prochaine étape. C'est la première fois que nous visitons cette ville.

La nuit sera mouvementée avec le passage de la tempête Aurore:
La tempête Aurore a balayé la moitié nord de la France, en particulier de la Bretagne à la Normandie, Ile-de-France et le Grand Est, dans la nuit du 20 au 21 octobre 2021. Cette tempête océanique se classe parmi les plus fortes survenues en octobre, qui est un mois peu propice aux tempêtes.

Au programme, repas chez et avec des copains (du monde forum VW) et visite le soir et le matin de la ville.

Un peu plus loin, en direction de Versailles, il tombe des trombes d'eau: on roulera à 60km/h sur l'autoroute!

500km de bouchons cumulés ce jour-là en région parisienne! affraid
Nous perdrons une heure pour aller saluer un ami de longue date (40 ans!) à Grigny....

....avant de poursuivre jusqu'à Fontainebleau pour notre étape suivante.


Nous avions déjà dormi près du château dans une allée sombre de la forêt, mais à deux véhicules.
Nous cherchons un endroit au centre ville avant de filer à quelques kilomètres sur l'hippodrome de la ville.
Cet endroit est répertorié comme 'bivouac' officiel: un spot herbeux délimité pour planter sa tente et un grand parking pour les vans (et autres véhicules plus ou moins aménagé).


La plupart des bivouaqueurs présents sont des étrangers (Allemagne, Hollande, Royaume Uni).
On est en octobre, il fait froid et pourtant, il y a 5 ou 6 tentes de plantées. Dans la nuit arriveront d'autres vans et nous serons finalement une dizaine de véhicules sur place.
Un jeune vacancier (français) arrive en même temps que nous en vélo. On l'invite à manger chaud après avoir monté sa tente.

Et en quittant la ville, même si ce c'est pas la saison des soldes, nous faisons un bref arrêt dans l'une des trois zones commerciales dédiées aux 'marques' (achats pour nos petits enfants).

LANGRES-LE BIVOUAC


Petite cité fortifiée, Langres est sur notre route pour Paris.
A chaque passage, j'apercevais des vans au dessus des remparts et je me disais qu'un jour, on y ferait étape.

J'ai toujours cru que c'était une aire....mais c'est en fait le camping municipal!
Beau site, belles balades en ville (mais en bord de rempart, on entend bien la circulation juste en contrebas)!

Surprise, le camping est plein: c'est le dernier jour de vacances des allemands!
Seule nuit en camping de notre semaine, ce sera aussi notre dernière étape.
