'Bien dormi malgré le froid et l'altitude. Il a neigé cette nuit.
A 6h00, on remonte sur le Kalapatthar pour faire de belles photos.
Départ après le petit déj.
On marchera 6h20 jusqu'à Pangboche. Long mais plus facile en descente !'

Mes Notes:
'Mal dormi, nez bouché.  
Le temps est dégagé mais se couvre vite.
Départ à 7h00.
Visite du monastère de Tenboche (j’étais tout seul à l’intérieur, photos interdites).
Grande descente jusqu'à la rivière.
On remonte à Kyangjuma pour lunch juste après avoir bouclé la boucle.
On passe Namche Bazar pendant le marché, dure descente jusqu'à Jorsale, j'ai deux ampoules mal placées qui me font souffrir !
Arrêt au même lodge.!'

Tengboche (3867m).

Ce village est connu pour son superbe monastère, le plus grand de la région.

Mes notes:
'Bonne nuit, fraîche tout de même. On se remet en route...doucement. Mes deux ampoules me font mal à chaque pas.
Nombreuses caravanes et porteurs. Mon Dieu, quelles charges ils portent!
Le matin on sent l'encens des offrandes et l'urine des animaux sur le sentier. On retrouve sous 3000m des magasins, des enfants, des cultures. Et de vrais villages' !
